Privacy Policy · browse-only notice

Privacy for the browse-only ArcTrove site.

Effective October 15, 2026. How ARCTROVE LLC handles browsing requests, browser records and support email while accounts and commerce are unavailable.

What this notice covers.

ARCTROVE LLC operates this browse-only website. This notice applies to browsing and contacting support. Sign-in, customer accounts, checkout, payment capture, card allocation, shipping, buybacks and withdrawals are unavailable in this configuration. Browsing does not create an order or an account.

A separate, effective notice must describe actual account and commerce processing before those features become available. Future product descriptions and draft purchasing policies do not enable those features.

Browsing and technical request information.

The website uses Google Cloud Run, Google Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Armor and Certificate Manager for page delivery, traffic protection and HTTPS. Google Cloud services may process technical information including IP address, requested URL and query string, request time and method, supplied referrer, browser or user-agent information, response status, latency and security or error events.

This information is used to deliver pages and assets, maintain availability, protect against abuse and investigate errors or security incidents. Load-balancer request logging and CDN are disabled in the current website configuration; this does not disable Cloud Run, platform, diagnostic or audit logging.

Request URLs and query strings are not universally redacted. We do not promise that every request body or log field is automatically redacted. Do not put passwords, payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information in a URL or query string, or send it to an unavailable account or commerce endpoint.

Your browser requests pages, assets and unauthenticated session-status checks from the same ArcTrove site. These checks do not authenticate you or authorize commerce. Ordinary unauthenticated startup skips account hydration. The interface may coordinate session changes between tabs using a message type and random identifier rather than an account credential or purchase authorization.

Previously stored browser records may remain from an earlier visit or configuration. Unresolved recovery records are not proof of ownership or payment authority, and becoming too old to restore does not guarantee deletion. No universal timed browser purge is promised. Account sign-in and account-bound recovery features are unavailable in this configuration.

Support email and contact.

A support mail link opens your chosen mail application or provider. Emailing support@arctrovecollectibles.com shares your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Support email uses Microsoft 365 managed through GoDaddy. ArcTrove uses messages to read, route, investigate and respond to enquiries and to keep an operational record when needed.

Do not email passwords, full payment-card or bank numbers, government identifiers, identity images, tax records or other sensitive documents. Secure customer document upload is unavailable. Privacy and security questions can be addressed to Dustin through support@arctrovecollectibles.com; no response time is guaranteed.

Retention and information requests.

The current Google Cloud Logging global _Default and _Required buckets are configured to retain log entries for 400 days. The _Required audit-log bucket is locked. These technical log settings do not establish a support-email retention period or guarantee that every provider-managed recovery copy follows the same lifecycle.

A fixed customer support-email retention schedule has not been set. Messages are reviewed according to whether they are still needed to answer an enquiry, investigate a security issue, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable recordkeeping obligation. Deleting an active mailbox message does not guarantee immediate erasure of Microsoft-managed recoverable copies, backups or records retained for provider security, recovery or legal purposes; those follow the provider's applicable lifecycle.

Access to operational information is limited to authorized people and service providers who need it for delivery, security, diagnostics, support or applicable obligations. You can send an information request to the support contact below. ArcTrove must verify identity and the applicable requirements before disclosing, correcting or deleting information; this is a manual contact path, not an operating account data-rights workflow or a promise of deletion from all copies.
