Terms and Conditions
Browsing creates no order, payment, allocation or ownership right. Future purchase terms will be presented before checkout becomes available.

ArcTrove is building fail-closed production primitives and evidence contracts now. Merchant underwriting is approved; the remaining legal, provider-activation, audit, operational, and deployment gates stay explicit blockers until their evidence is actually verified.
Business model
This is ArcTrove's intended structure and product requirement. It is not a legal conclusion or a claim that counsel has approved it.
Policy document status
The privacy notice is effective for current browsing and support contact. Terms, refund and shipping notices remain drafts. Accounts, purchases and fulfillment are unavailable in this configuration.

“Approved” does not activate processing. Every “Pending” capability stays disabled.
Written counsel approval for the blind-box physical-goods model and operating jurisdictions.
Future-commerce documents, version control, consent capture, and operational retention controls.
Counsel-approved age, jurisdiction, identity, and purchasing-limit configuration.
Custody evidence, serial controls, reserve reconciliation, loss handling, and fulfillment testing.
External statistical and valuation review of evidence packages and published claims.
Maverick approval for the documented limited direct-commerce scope is recorded as August 5, 2026. The account's pre-first-transaction Inactive status is not a rejection or a claim that processing is live.
Accepted PCI scope, account-bound credentials, verified webhooks, Apple Pay, funds-flow and reserve controls, reconciliation, and controlled canary evidence.
Approved vendors, policies, thresholds, exception handling, and end-to-end evidence.
Support email is monitored without a guaranteed response time; staffing, recovery controls, secure-document handling, self-exclusion escalation, SLA, and rehearsal remain incomplete.
This page may be served from an isolated browse-only reviewer deployment. Customer production hosting, release monitoring, backups, commerce bindings, and release approval remain incomplete.
Payment readiness
Merchant underwriting for the documented limited direct-commerce scope is approved, but that does not authorize checkout. Network artwork is intentionally not displayed. Payments remain unavailable until the approved scope is bound to the exact release, production credentials, verified webhook delivery, PCI acceptance, canary results, and settlement reconciliation are verified.
Financial separation
Customer purchase funding remains distinct from sale proceeds.
Promotional value cannot be converted into a payout balance.
Internal spending credit stays inside its authorized purpose.
Only eligible, whole-cent sell-back proceeds enter this segregated ledger, subject to every payout gate.
The intended minimum withdrawal is $6. No withdrawal method is live, merchant underwriting is approved, but no processor connection, payment method, payout rail, or identity provider is represented as production-active.
